Order procedures

1) by email to info@bannerprinting.com.hk  (please state material or item names/sizes/quantities/telephone number in your email)

2) place order online for specific items

Inquiry on products:   Email to info@bannerprinting.com.hk or click "Ask for price" next to description of each item.

**No need to pay at online cart or any payment until your files have been checked if sizes / resolution are compatiable for printing.

** Printing will start only after payment is settled.

- Printing will start right after payment is made and graphics files are completely uploaded and checked for output printing.  We are not liable to any loss or associated loss of any deferred delivery of your purchases caused by delay of payment settlement (or bank’s handling time) or failure to provide accurate files (according to our file requirement stated in each item details).

-Any changes on the confirmed order must be raised before payment; otherwise it is not accepted after printing starts.

-If for cancellation before printing starts, all related bank charge /remittance charges / PayPal charges / other third parties charges (if any) will NOT be refundable.

-Due to uniqueness of your printing, cancellation of printing items / any custom or non-stock items are not acceptable once printing starts or already stock-in.
